On January 26, 2018, Suzhou AODE Machinery Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Aode Machinery Co., Ltd., AOTC Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., three subsidiaries of AODE Machinery convened 2017 Year-end Business Work Conference; Zhou Dingshan, chairman of AODE Machinery, attended the conference and delivered an important speech. Zhu Xinsheng, general manager of Suzhou AODE Machinery Co., Ltd., Huang Wenqin, general manager of Shenzhen Aode Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhou Junjun, general manager of AOTC Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Zhang Weijun, general manager of Kunshan Aulank Pumps Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhou Dingguo, marketing director of Suzhou AODE Machinery Co., Ltd., Wang Ping, marketing director of Shenzhen Aode Machinery Co., Ltd., and salesmen of these subsidiaries participated in the conference.

At the conference, general managers and marketing directors of these subsidiaries made summary reports for the development situation in 2017, and worked out strategic deployment and planning for 2018. Mr. Zhou Dingshan, chairman of our group, made a work report entitled "Breakthrough, Opportunity and Challenge". It is pointed out in the report that 2017 is a year of great significance for us because our company officially started the step towards IPO, begun to write a new chapter, and forged ahead on a new journey. The report also includes detailed analysis of economic situation in 2018, deployment of next four years of corporate planning and performance indicators, clear mechanism of reward and punishment, and decomposition of IPO goal. Zhou Dingshan stressed that our company would enter the fast lane for more normative and orderly development and all our staff must keep the same paces, goals and actions to create new height and new brilliance for AODE. The concept of all staff marketing must be penetrated to each working procedure, and must be implemented by each employee.

At the conference, Yang Jianjun, general manager of Boiler Division of Suzhou AODE Machinery Co., Ltd., explained the knowledge related to boilers. Later, under the leadership of Zhou Dingshan, medium and senior managers of each subsidiary listened to the work reports of salesmen, and answered the problems in the work in a straight line.

At the end of the conference, Zhou Dingshan and general managers of the subsidiaries presented awards to those with outstanding annual sales performance, with a group photo taken. Finally, Zhou Dingshan wished our company a good harvest of economic and social benefits in 2018, and wished all employees and their families safe and smooth.
