  • On April 12, 2019, "Technical Conditions for Die Casting Unit" Mold Temperature Control Unit Industry Standard Approval Conference was held grandly in Lavande Hotel, Longhua District, Shenzhen City. Nearly 60 people such as secretariat leadership of National Sub-committee for Standardization of Metal Thermoforming, industry experts from manufacturers of die casting hosts, peripheral automation equipment, mold temperature equipment, smelting furnaces and die castings, enterprise representatives of the sub-committee, university professors and professional media were present at the conference. AODE Changben, as the main drafting unit of two mold temperature control unit standards, sent three representatives to attend the conference, namely General Manager Mr. Huang Wenqin, Technical Director Mr. Feng Wei and General Manager Mr. Xu Feng.

  • The conference was presided over by Xu Niansheng, secretary general of National Sub-committee for Standardization of Metal Thermoforming under National Technical Committee for Standardization of Casting Machinery (TC186/SC2). Xu Nainsheng, secretary general of National Sub-committee for Standardization of Metal Thermoforming (TC186/SC2), Cui Ruiqi, executive deputy director of National Casting and Forging Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Lu Jun, secretary general of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Casting Machinery (TC186), and Zhang Shangen, secretary general of Suzhou Die Casting Technology Association delivered speeches successively. The conference mainly focused on the drafts (submitted for approval) of 2 national standards — Technical Conditions for Die Casting Unit and Energy Consumption Testing Methods and Energy Efficiency Rating of Die Casting Machine and 4 industry standards.

  • After the beginning of the conference, TC186/SC2 members deliberated the drafts of of 2 national standards — Technical Conditions for Die Casting Unit and Energy Consumption Testing Methods and Energy Efficiency Rating of Die Casting Machine and 4 industry standards one clause after another, and formed their drafts reported for approval; also discussed the draft of industry standard Technical Conditions for Automation Unit of Low Pressure Die Casting Machine one clause after another, and formed its draft reported for approval.

  • In the group discussion, the organizer divided the members into groups according to their professional attributes, for discussion on the six standards including Basic Parameters of Die Casting Production Line, Precision of Die Casting Production Line, Test and Calculation Methods of Energy Consumption of Mold Temperature Control Unit, and Energy Consumption Rating of Mold Temperature Control Unit.
